We offer a 30-day return policy for our products. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at info@naturetracks.ca.
ONLINE RETURNS
Orders in Canada & USA
You can return any unused product for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Make a Return Online
1. Ensure the product is unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
2. Package the item securely.
3. Ship the return to the following address:

4. Include a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation in the package.
Please note that refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement after we receive your return.
What Products Can Be Returned or Exchanged?
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Products with a discount of 40% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
I Received the Wrong Product or Size
If you received the wrong product or size in your order, please contact us at info@naturetracks.ca to resolve the issue.
WARRANTY
We are proud of the quality and durability of our products. That’s why we offer a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship.
Please note:
This warranty does not cover damages from normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, neglect, abuse, accidents, or the natural deterioration of materials over time.
To claim warranty protection after the 30-day return period, contact us at info@naturetracks.ca with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
For any products purchased through third-party retailers or websites, please return them directly to the original place of purchase for warranty claims or returns.
